Aztec currently serves as the Prime Contractor on the improvements and alterations of the high school main building, Pre-K High School Building, JROTC Building, Gymnasium, re-roofing and campus-wide water fountains at Parkland High School for the Ysleta Independent School District in El Paso, Texas.


Relevant scopes at this educational facility include roofing demolition, mechanical demolition, re-roofing, light gage framing, electrical work, plumbing, sheet rock, painting, acoustical ceilings, millwork, flooring, ceramic tile, renovations to the science laboratory casework, doors & hardware, windows and window treatment.


Interior and exterior improvements and renovations is being performed in all of the above-mentioned areas.


This turnkey project features classrooms, laboratories, administrative offices, library, lounge, restrooms, vestibule, study common areas, exterior gathering covered spaces, paved pedestrian walkways, drop-off area, exterior steel benches, water fountains and steel trash/recycling stations.
