Aztec Contractors served as the General Contractor for The El Paso Community College at the Northwest Campus. This campus is the second-largest institute for higher learning that serves El Paso, Texas and surrounding areas. It has an average student population of 23,000 over its 8 campuses and continues to grow. This growth brings forth the need for additional classroom and office space to serve the growing student population. This is where Aztec Contractors stepped in, along with GA Architecture, will create much needed space for EPCC to grow into. This comes in the form of a 30,369 square foot classroom and laboratory building that includes 11 classrooms, 3 biology laboratories, and one flexitorium complete with telescoping bleachers.
