Project Description:

Aztec Contractors, Inc., was the prime contractor on the renovation of three communities for The Housing Authority of the City of El paso for a total of 153 apartment units. The purpose of this project was to improve the living conditions of families in the community of El Paso. The project consists of the renovation of 63 one floor apartment units at the Graham Community, 66 two floor apartment units at the Rio Grande Community and 24 one floor apartment units at the Williams Community. The scope of work consists of the renovation of the interior finishes to include the installation of new cabinets, windows, doors and the replacement of evaporate coolers for more efficient mechanical refrigerated coolers. The project also consists of the renovation of the community centers and landscapes at each one of these complexes as well as the installation of new handicap ramps in compliance with the state code.
