The Santa Teresa Livestock Facility Project; a design-bid-build, firm fixed price fundamentally consists of new construction of a 4,500 square foot pre-engineered metal building structure at the Santa Teresa Livestock Auction acreage on the West side of Cattlemen Drive in Santa Teresa, New Mexico.
New construction will consist of site clearing, grubbing, grading, structure construction, finish work, and exterior site work. Interior consist of offices, cattle weigh scale, auctioneer’s area, viewing stands, restroom facilities, and CCTV live streaming equipment. All new construction of the project has been reviewed, approved, and permitted by Dona Ana County Engineering and Building Development. It is the intent of the Contractor / Operator to provide and comply as required with local, state, and federal codes of compliance. Clearing, grubbing, trenching, and grading included installation of erosion control and sediment control measures as reviewed and approved by Dona Ana County Building and Development.
Aztec Contractors, Inc. requires that quality be guaranteed through a process called Quality Control (QC). This is a process that is controlled and maintained by Aztec Contractors, Inc. throughout the life of the contract. Also implemented prior construction, is a Safety Program Plan, a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan, a Waste Management Plan, a Construction Schedule, and a Hazardous Waste Management Plan abiding by Dana Ana County and State of New Mexico Codes.
