Aztec's Mission

We recognize the glaring need to develop talent in the construction industry. Thus, in collaboration with Workforce Solutions Borderplex, we launched this internship program to render soul-searching college students a hands-on industry experience in technical (field) or management (office) positions. Our internships are paid, provide extensive practical training, and count towards college credits.

To apply for the Summer 2023 intern cohort, fill out the intern packet and submit it along with your resumé. Compliance is a golden rule in construction so be sure you upload both documents for your application to be considered.
