Four (4) units are handicap accessible. External architects were utilized for design, managing all new construction, providing labor and materials, equipment and services. This project utilized all materials that will provide a high energy star index.  This multifamily housing project is intended for residential rental housing.  Total Cost for this project $4,041,188.88.

The design concept is based on traditional Mexican and European urban design elements with wrought iron balconies. Total cost of construction and comprised of two story condominium development of $3,598,581.00.
